The Los Angeles Opera House at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion and nearby Walt Disney Concert Hall are two of our favorite music destinations
and many wonderful tours have been taken place there over the years, led principally by Sherwin Sloan, a Los Angeles resident and incomparable
opera aficionado. Sherwin retired from touring in 2006 but remains an active member of the Los Angeles opera scene. He has graciously
agreed to share part of the time with some of the friends that made those touring years so special. The outstanding programming at both
venues has presented the perfect opportunity to turn the idea of a reunion weekend into reality and we hope that you will join us for this
exciting event.
International lecturer and writer Desirée Mays will lead the tour and provide expert interpretation of the musical program.
