Santiago and Buenos Aires
September 23 - October 2, 2010

With reopening of the renowned Teatro Colón in May, Act 1 presents our much anticipated South American tour with three days in Santiago followed by five days in Buenos Aires.

The Teatro Municipal de Santiago rivals the most beautiful in Europe and with a world class orchestra and strong leadership,we can expect an excellent production of Rigoletto. Chile and Santiago deserve indepth exploration and we are developing a rewarding and exciting visit.

Buenos Aires, the sophisticated and cosmopolitan "Paris of the South" combines the cream of the performing arts at the Teatro Colón where we have the opportunity to attend both a new production of Katya Kabanová and an orchestral evening (Webern, Mozart, Mahler) conducted by Maestro Mehta.

Guided sightseeing, dining, and special private events make this one of Act 1's premier tours.

Tour director: Diego Curutchet
